Upcoming Trainings
The John Burton Foundation is hosting two web seminar trainings on the use of the THP-Plus Participant Tracking System (PTS). The PTS is a secure, web-based database that will be used by THP-Plus providers and counties to collect essential information about THP-Plus participants.
We encourage any individual who is planning to use the PTS to register for and participate in the seminar. Providers and counties must participate in a training to access the PTS. Should you be unable to participate at the time indicated, the web seminar will be archived on www.thpplus.org. We will also be providing in-person trainings whenever possible.
Date: Wednesday, December 3
Time: Two separate trainings will be offered: one for THP-Plus providers and one for county THP-Plus representatives
THP-Plus providers: 10:00 a.m.
County THP-Plus representatives: 2:00 p.m.
The information presented in each training will be geared to the target audience. However, trainings are open to anyone interested in learning more about the participant tracking system.
There is no cost to participate, but you need to register by using the link above. To join the web seminar, you will need a computer with an Internet connection. The audio portion of the conference is available by telephone. The call-in number will be provided after you register.

We encourage participants to submit their questions in advance on the registration page or by emailing reed@johnburtonfoundation.org.
The training will provide all of the information necessary to begin using the participant tracking system. This training will be different from any information provided previously.
