The goal of the Project is to reduce homelessness among former foster care and probation youth by expanding access to theTransitional Housing Placement Plus Program (THP-Plus). THP-Plus is administered by the California Department of Social Services, and provides affordable housing and a wide range of supportive services, including job training, educational support, and counseling. The project seeks to expand access to THP-Plus throughout the state through training, technical assistance, and advocacy.
